Let the production begin!
Once you've determined the scope and direction of your event, you can count on Corporate Alliance Productions to:
Be the primary driver for the production process Be the key contact throughout the duration of the project
- Internal Presenters - External Presenters - Live Entertainment (Bands, Comedians, Illusionists, Dancers, Productions, etc.)
Act as Team Leader ensuring your needs are met and production elements delivered are consistent with your expectations, budget and creative design Form and manage the Production Team Design or manage the design of media elements:
- Graphics Modules - Video Programs - Speaker Support Graphics (TVL, PowerPoint, Freelance, 35mm Slides, Presentations) - Slide Shows
Design or manage the design of creative elements:
- Laser Shows - Pyrotechnics - Stage Scenery and Props - Room Decor - Live Production (dance, drama, etc.)
Act as coach to Presenters, as needed, providing them with:
- Speaker Support Graphics Guidelines - Presentation Coaching - Presentation Attire (especially for IMAG) - Recommendations for professional scriptwriting
Manage audio/visual equipment design, bid, crew and set-up Provide communication to you and all Team members Research and make recommendations regarding legal/copyright issues related to media used within the scope of the project Coordinate ASCAP and/or BMI licenses as necessary Create and communicate the "show flow" to the entire Team Call show cues Manage all interaction with the venue including liaison with hotel for room set-up and access, power supply and security Manage crew needs including travel, lodging, meals, work schedule and attire Obtain approval for budgetary additions, and manage final budget Keep accurate records
